URGENCY TO PRAY FOR SAN FRANCISCO AND CALIFORNIA IN THIS HOUR

Dear friends, I am so grateful for the reports of many prayer groups, intercessors and churches who are rising up in this hour to pray for the cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco and California -- a number of them because of this word and other recent prophetic words by God's servants.

The word I received for the BAY and California has been the most heartrending word I have ever received – I withheld it for several weeks because of the severity of the word, but finally, in obedience to the Lord released it for one purpose and one purpose alone, that those who hear with an ear would CRY OUT TO THE LORD for the City of San Francisco and the State of California.

I have not slept several nights because of the burden the Lord has placed on me regarding the city of San Francisco at this time... I do not fully understand why the burden of the Lord is so strong for San Francisco at this current time - but the overshadowing of the Holy Spirit has been so intense that I know I must be obedient to share this burden with those of you who the Lord has raised up to STAND IN THE GAP in these crucial days.

I believe with all my heart that we have an opportunity to CHANGE the DESTINY of this CITY – to CHANGE the DESTINY of a STATE as we rise in one accord in prayer in this hour of visitation the Lord is longing of us to respond in heartfelt prayer.

Father, we join together as one body with those who pour out their lives standing in the gap for California.

We ask in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that your HOLY FIRE -- your HOLY CONSUMING FIRE -- and the GLORY of your presence is loosed across the city of San Francisco.

Oh Father, WE CRY OUT TO YOU for the release of your HOLY FIRE upon local government, schools, prisons, businesses, bars, clubs,upon the streets of San Francisco. RELEASE YOUR GLORY, O Lord – RELEASE YOUR GLORY, YOUR POWER, YOUR FIRE that San Francisco may KNOW THE OVERSHADOWING of Your fire and Your presence, of Your glory, that thousands upon thousands may fall to their knees under conviction and in repentance that MERCY MAY RULE OVER JUDGMENT in this hour.

We release your fire upon those in the San Francisco City Gates – WE RELEASE YOUR CONVICTION - that they may fall to their knees in repentance - MERCY - MERCY - CONVICTION.

Father we cry MERCY - MERCY - CONVICTION – HOLY CONSUMING FIRE loosed from the ministers and intercessors in congregations all across the city and beyond:

RELEASE your evangelists on the streets.

RELEASE your evangelists in POWER and AUTHORITY and FIRE

RELEASE your apostolic servants called by your name

RELEASE your prophets

RELEASE your intercessors

Father we pray, that EVEN AS NINEVAH FOUND GRACE – THAT EVEN AS NINEVAH FOUND MERCY IN YOUR SIGHT – THAT MERCY MAY RULE OVER JUDGEMENT.

Come Lord Jesus - Come - VISITATION – VISITATION – VISIT SAN FRANCISCO with the flame of your Holy Spirit.


Jonah 3

  1. AND THE word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying,
  2. Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach and cry out to it the preaching that I tell you.
  3. So Jonah arose and went to Nineveh according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city of three days' journey [sixty miles in circumference]
  4. And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, Yet forty days and Nineveh shall be overthrown!
  5. So the people of Nineveh believed in God and proclaimed a fast and put In sackcloth [in penitent mourning], from the greatest of them even to the least of them.
  6. For word came to the king of Nineveh [of all that had happened to Jonah, and his terrifying message from God], and he arose from his throne and he laid his robe aside, covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.
  7. And he made a proclamation and published through Nineveh, By the decree of the king and his nobles: Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything; let them not feed nor drink water.
  8. But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth and let them cry mightily to God. Yes, let every one turn from his evil way and from the violence that is in his hands.
  9. Who can tell, God may turn and revoke His sentence against us [when we have met His terms], and turn away from His fierce anger so that we perish not.
  10. And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God revoked His [sentence of] evil that He had said that He would do to them and He did not do it [for He was comforted and eased concerning them].

LET US JOIN WITH THE SERVANTS OF GOD ACROSS SAN FRANCISCO IN PRAYER FOR THIS CITY

WE BELIEVE THAT THIS IS SUCH A CRUCIAL TIME FOR SAN FRANCISCO AND CALIFORNIA

LET US JOIN IN ONE ACCORD

THAT REPENTANCE MAY COME TO THE CITY

THAT THOSE WHOSE HEARTS ARE FAR FROM GOD MAY TURN FROM EVIL

THAT MERCY MAY TRIUMPH OVER JUDGEMENT
